Just pick out the fitness magazine and cut your favorite pictures for creating
the vision board. Write down the time, so that you’ve a goal in mind that you

3 – The Baby
Steps
When you think about the whole picture, it always
intimidates you. Therefore, always take small baby steps, which you think, you
can do easily and stay on them for months/years. Now, it can be anything. For
